A troubled youth, Drezdyn did not know his parents. Moved in and out of foster families, he was never afforded the safety of a stable home. His personality in these early days was characterized by a penchant for attracting danger and trouble. His acceptance to the Federal Navy Academy was unexpected, even to him, due to his recurring issues with authority figures.

Upon graduation his lack of family and thirst for adrenaline made him a natural recruit for the Federal Intelligence Office. He was enlisted for missions with varying shades of moral ambiguity as a combat and special ops pilot. It is during this time period that Drezdyn is first known to have worked with the Guristas. Although pirates, their tendency to cause trouble for the Caldari State made the them a convenient ally for the FIO.

Curiosity about his origins had always been a constant murmur from his subconscious. Using contacts with rogue scientists and hackers obtained from the Guristas, he had his genetic background cross-referenced with secure government and corporate databases not publicly available. His investigation yielded startling results, leading him to Capt. No Mauk’ob of the Murientor Tribe in YC111. Still not knowing his true origins, he felt an immediate kinship for what he would come to know affectionately as ‘The Tribe’.

During Murientor combat operations he was sometimes called the ‘Director of Paranoia’ for his belief that ‘there are no neutrals, only friendlies, hostiles, and spies’. Despite his inherent distrust, he felt at home with this tribe of rebels and revolutionaries. The cause of freedom fueled his efforts to combat Amarrian militia pilots seeking to subjugate systems under control of their Empire. While still a rookie, he was awarded the Bronze Gnottir by Admiral Onnen Mentar for valour in combat and for his dedication during the Arzad campaign. He advanced quickly through the TLF ranks, finally being promoted to Valklear General by the Minmatar Republic. He was promoted to Captain and accepted into the elite 1st MCW Assault Wing of the Murientor Tribe Navy.

Eventually, the call of the void beckoned him to pursue his destiny elsewhere in New Eden. A loyal brother until his departure from the Tribe in YC113, he will always have the blood of a Murientor.

Freedom is liquid, supple, mellifluous. It surrounds us, engulfs our bodies, drowns our fear. We plumb freedom’s depths and consume the nourishment within. From these waters, we are born; when we die, we shall return to those waters. Out there, among the stars, are the waters, freedom incarnate. That dark, endless void is our destiny, our path, our goal. We must not fear it, nor should we control it. Rather, we should embrace it, trust it, love it. Its ever-changing face, its protean existence, is our very essence. We are those stars, the void, the awesome waters of space: ancient, forever, free.”
