Salar Petrus

It’s not easy having an Amarrian surname in the Minmatar Republic. I’m not sure how long ago the name changed, why is changed, or what it was before the change. I am somewhat disturbed by the discovery my father made on day while we attempted to research out ancestors. Records are chaotic at best in the Republic especially going back before the Rebellion. We did find, however, that our family was released, escaped, or freed from slavery many generations ago. I’m not sure of the exact circumstances, but the Amarrian surname is now like the thorn in my side. Were my ancestors traitors like the Ammatar?
